Controlled Media Review Studio

A rehearsal-first program for teams who approve offline media movement through an Air-Gapped Transfer Review Hub.

Hardware circuitry representing media review tooling

Learning outcomes

  • Run a dual-reader intake that catches label mismatches before hashing begins.
  • Stage quarantine shelves so shift changes do not invent new pile locations.
  • Capture hash witnesses that a second person can reconstruct from notes alone.
  • Deliver a five-minute courier brief without inventing policy on the loading dock.

Informational fee: ₩489,000 per seat for the full studio (no checkout on this site).

Modules

  • Module 1 — Room layout before tools Map ports, power, and witness seating so the desk itself enforces order.
  • Module 2 — Intake vocabulary Shared labels for media type, source system, and retention clock.
  • Module 3 — Hash witness sheets Recording patterns that survive interrupted sessions and partial retries.
  • Module 4 — Write-blocker desk habits Hardware checks and failure calls when a blocker misbehaves mid-run.
  • Module 5 — Full dry-run Timed rehearsal with a deliberate fault injected so the team practices recovery.

FAQ

Do we need specialized hardware before starting?

A write-blocker and spare USB media help, but Module 1 can be completed with photos of your current desk if purchasing is delayed.

Is this a certification?

No. You receive a completion note for internal training records. It is not a government or vendor certification.

What is a real limitation of this course?

We do not cover classified facility accreditation or nation-state threat modeling. If your transfer lane sits inside a regulated SCIF-equivalent environment, you will still need your local security office’s procedures on top of these rehearsals.

Can procurement pay on this website?

No. Pricing here is informational only. Contact us to arrange seating through your usual purchase channel.

Learner notes

“Module 5’s injected fault felt awkward at first, but it exposed that our second reader never looked at the media serial. We fixed that the next week.”

★★★★☆ · “Solid desk choreography. Wish Module 4 had one more failure demo for optical trays.”
